Received my Delstar Christmas, worked fine until yesterday. I was listening to my music and it just stopped and the word Starting was displayed on the screen, and it won't do anything, I have taken the battery out and put it back in and I get the samething... HELP.

Re: Starting displayed won't do anything

Look for a lock or hold switch on the player. Most players have one of these to stop you accidentally switching it on or off when you're not using it.

Let me know how you get on!

Have you tried a new rechargable battery? The first time mine stopped playing, it stopped instantly. Put in new battery, works fine now.

Cannot download music to a delstar 4327

Hook your USB cable into the device and into your computer. Your computer should acknowledge a new device. The easy way to move mp3 music is:
Click the START button on your desktop (bottom left)
Look for REMOVEABLE DISK and click it open
Look for a folder called MUSIC and click it open
Drag folders containing the music you want to listen to into the MUSIC folder.
SAFELY disconnect the device from computer.
