Teac x-20 hi! i have a problem, my computer doesn't recognise my speakers (teac x-20). does anybody know what to do??

Do you have a sound card?
check if their is a driver installed for the speakers.

Hi! I have a problem with desktop speakers, buzzing sound without reproduction from sound card...other speakers work properly, so obviosly it is a problem with the speakers..the power suply is ok, diode is...

Are this powered speakers connect to the same mains power socket as the computer.
If not you may be getting an earth loop which causes a humming sound.
Connect these speakers to the same power outlet, if you have not sufficient outlets use a power board.

the time that you can play is deppends the charge in the battery
any convertor you get must have output 12v

Where can i download the drivers for Teac PM 500 speakers from?

you don't need drivers
you must set your soundcard to 5.1
take a look for your speakers specs. here:

You need to try them on another computer to make sure the sound card is working correctly in this one first. This will let you know if there is something wrong with your speakers.
