I am unable to control the volumne on the receiver
I have the same problem Post a new problem

SOME AMPS HAVE A BUTTON ON THE REMOTE SAYING AMP OR RECIVER,PRESS IT THEN TRY YOUR VOLUME AS THE REMOTE IS NOW WORKING YOUR AMP.

Hi santka

It sounds like it has locked up from a power surge. Try a full reset of the unit by powering it down completely unplugging it from the wall socket overnight. If it still misbehaves, get back to me here and we can look into it more.
