just replace it with a aftermarket stereo and dont forget to get both harness for easy diy install.thats what i did and it works fine & the best thing about it is i dont ever need a code again.
OMG I bought my husband an early Christmas gift. It didn't come with a book and now i cant figure out what the dials in the background are i know when it military time. Can some please help me I cant seem to find anything on it. It is the American Exchange 7244.
try hitting stop clear twice check the door switch see if its working also if you didnt send in your warrenty card then frigidaire dont know when you bought it if youve never had it serviced i was a factory tech for years for frigidaire so you can call them and say you bought it say a week from now and get it serviced let me know what happens
Remove any disc which may be in the player. Make sure that the player is "on" (green light is "on" at front of player). Hold the "stop" button for at least 5 seconds (square symbol on the player is the "stop" button). This will reset the player to the most basic of video settings. The yellow "video" jack at the back is the basic output for video. The red and white jacks are the basic sound outputs (right and left if in stereo). Good luck.

Plug the cables to that nd the click on setup, where you can hardly see.. move to the 2nd option and select scan
