Question about Pioneer DEH-P6800MP CD Player

Changing the clock, I can't seem to figure it out. The operation manual is useless, any help would be much appreciated

Turn the radio off; press and hold the multi-control button in (the big round one). Language should pop up, turn the round button right until you get to clock. Use the multi control to change the numbers.

Manual Clock Adjustment

1 Select Clock Adjustment mode

Push the Control knob to [FM] or [AM].

Select the "CLK ADJ" display.

2 Enter Clock Adjust mode

Press the Control knob for at least 1 second.

The clock display blinks.

3 Adjust the hours

Push the Control knob to [FM] or [AM].

Adjust the minutes

Push the Control knob to or >>

4 Exit Clock adjustment mode
Press the [MENU] button.

Try to use the knob to select the clock display, and or by other means. If that doesn't work you can always get back in to the menu. Play with it till you figure it out.

to set the clock:

1 Use MULTI-CONTROL to select Clock.
2 Push MULTI-CONTROL left or right to
select the segment of the clock display you
wish to set.
Pushing MULTI-CONTROL left or right will select
one segment of the clock display:
As you select segments of the clock display
the segment selected will blink.
3 Push MULTI-CONTROL up or down to
put a clock right.

You can match the clock to a time signal by
! If the minute is 00 to 29, the minutes are
rounded down. (e.g., 10:18 becomes 10:00.)
! If the minute is 30 to 59, the minutes are
rounded up. (e.g., 10:36 becomes 11:00.)

Jvc kds641 changing time display

Here ya go,

Press and hold SEL (select) for more
than 2 seconds.
“LEVEL” appears on the display.

Set the hour.
1 Using the << / >> button, select “CLOCK H” (hour) or "CLOCK M"
Use the + / - button to adjust the hour/minute

Press SEL to finish.

To check the current clock time or change the
display mode
Press DISP (display)

During tuner operation it will show the frequency or time.

During CD playback it will show elapsed time or time.

Reset clock

Go to this weblink and click on the link at the bottom that says operating instructions. It will pop up with the entire manual for how to fully operate the system including settingthe clock.

Look on the bottom part of your faceplate and there will be a button with a (F) on it and you hold it then you will figure the rest out. Or just look in your owners manual.

Here ya go:

Press DISP for 3 seconds until colon flashes, then release.
Press << to change hours, press >> to change minutes..

And clock is set!

Here is the link to the DEH-P3900 website page (sorry is the closest i could find, but changing the clock is the same);,,2076_310070337_337273636,00.html You can download the manual from there - you have to register, but it's free. if you want a quick way, pioneer says: "SETTING THE CLOCK How do I set the clock on my single CD player? For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps: Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit turns off. Press SOURCE and hold again until the clock appears in the display. Press the left or right arrows to select the segment of the clock display you wish to set. (As you select the segments of the clock display the segment will blink.) Press the up or down arrows to either increase or decrease the numbers in the blinking segment. Once the clock is set correctly, press the SOURCE button to exit." Hope this helps - please post again if not :)
