on my 360 their is red lights flashing. and when i turn it up side down the light it moves to other little light

Courtdate is right, either it is a bad cable, or the connector port is bad. Try with a new cable, and if that doesn't work, call Microsoft and see if they can repair it.

replace audio video cable with new one (connects from tv to game console has yellow,red,white terminal connector ends).

WALMART ,gamestop,AND TARGET SELL REPLACEMENT cables
