Toshiba SD-KT50 System my dvd played just stopped working, i put in a disk and it tells says wrong region, what do i do?

I have the same problem.

Most of the time it plays normal dvd's but not burned any reason why? And sometimes it doesn't even play normal dvd's. Need help! Please let me know if there is a solution... do I need to re-program my dvd player?
