I VE GOT AN LG KE970.I WAS INSTALLING SOME SOFTWARE AND AFTER 10 MIN I HAVE STARTED IT WHEN OFF.NOW WHEN I TRY TO TURN IT ON JUST SHOWES ME THE LG START LOGO AND GOES ON AND OFF THE HALL TIME.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Dear Sir/Madam, i bought an LG KS970 phone in london and brought it to Ghana. i needed to decode the phone before i could use in Ghana. in the process, there was a message on the screen that Emergency Downloading, which makes the phone fronzen until the battery is removed. i wanted to know if i could get any assistance from you. And if possible any software to get the message off the phone. NOW WHEN I TRY TO TURN IT ON JUST SHOWES ME THE LG START LOGO AND GOES ON AND OFF THE HALL TIME.WHAT SHOULD I DO?
