What is the cause for the pc-d320 canon copier to print dull

First be sure that your printer cartridge is Ok (not blocked). Did the Canon feed the paper? Can you print, or there is a problem with scanner section

Hello, * The first reason has to be the Catridge without ink. * The second reason has to be Catridge not fixed properly. * The third reason it has to be problem with the Paper slider getting stuck because of dirt and dust.

If internally generated prints are good, but copied documents are bad then your scanner needs cleaning. This can be found in the document feeder section where the light scans across the paper. If both copied and internally generated prints are bad, then chance are, your toner/drum catridge has run out.

the software is the problem try updating it or download a new driver from canon

Canon copier coping black and the another has a new catridge but coping dull .

its problem copier fuser unite
fuser cover is broken .Change it near by copier expert and then solve your problem

I had the same problem but it was caused by the scanner that was not running flash under the copier glass,if I remember correctly there are spacers on the scanner that keep the scanner to run exactly the same distance from the glass of both sides of the scanner.
On the other machine,I found a faulty scanner cable that cause a similar problem.

hi im jules_09,check the developer,if its past over 60,000 copies if its over 60,000 copies you need to change the developer along with the opc drum and cleaning blade or roller,all copiers need to be replaced with new developer,opc drum and cleanign blade or roller when it reach its copy life,that may be the cause of light copy of print
