Question about Panasonic KX-T7453 Corded Phone
I had someone switch desks. I moved their extension number to a different jack. The only thing that doesn't work is when he has his phone off hook, his extension doesn't light up on any other phone to show it is in use. I don't know if it has to do with moving the extension to a different jack in programming or not. Thanks!
Start by going to the phones that need to have the button fixed.
[Program], , [Button] (you should see an incorrect ext number), , [Correct ext number] and [Store]
You may need to repeat this at all phones that need the corrected light.
