I am attempting to load a Scanjet 5470c onto my e-machine desktop computer, but it cannot see the hardware. The comp is using Windows XP and does not list or have any reference to a scanner in its loading programs.

The scanner is already connected to the computer, but the computer doesn't recognize the scanner. What software should I download to install my scanner

i bought a window vista laptop and i can instal my scanner its sayin widows vista is not conpatilble with it its a artec e++48u

I have an s4 100 scanner and the disk to install it, but I am running windows vista and the installation errors when I ttry to install it, please advise

We need more information in order to find a solution to your problem:
- Scanner manufacturer and model
- type of connection to your computer (USB ?)
- computer model
- Operating system on your computer
