I can't get my computer to install my mp3 player can u help

In the package with the mp3 player it should come with an installation CD, plus it should be a plug and play, unless you are using windows 95, or 98. Go to control panel and check your hardware to see if there are any USB drives that have an indication of error (red exclamation point and yellow question mark) try to delete the driver and then plug in the mp3 player.

Ilo 1gb mp3 player

install the ilo driver cd that came with your ilo. Because you never know, not all ilo mp3 players have the same software.

Thats just my opinion, hopefully it works

Mp3 player won't come on at all

This problem may be due to corrupt firmware.

Install and run Philips Firmware/Device Manager from the product CD.

Select the repair option and follow the on-screen prompts.
