B100 splases coffee everywhere when dispensing

When making a cup of anything the water splashed back behind the cup that I am trying to fill. It also seems to have difficulty piercing the bottom of the K-Cup.

When I try to brew a cup of coffee on my keurig b100 water leaks back into the resevoir and I only get half cups.

If you are experiencing inconsistent brews, there may be some coffee grounds lodged in the needles that pierce the K-Cup packs. This video will show you how to SAFELY clean this area of the brewer

Using the k-cup..does not brew the water splashes everywhere

That is because most likely the part that punctures the k cup is most likely clogged, try using Like a paper clip and cleaning out the small hole and should flow. Mike
