You will probably need some wrenches and allen wrenches to remove the brakes. A C clamp to compress the brake calipers when you go to put them back on. A pair of pliers to remove the retainer washer if there is one where the rotor fits over your wheel studs. Some vehicles require a Torx head socket to remove the bolts that hold the brake calipers or it might require a small socket if it's a regular bolt head. Probably not a bad idea to go to your local library and find a Chilton's manual for your year of vehicle. They give good instructions on how to change stuff.
