This error has slowed down my pc, it's worse than a virus. They say the solution is to uninstall then reinstall, but you can't uninstall because this error keeps coming up!
I have the same problem Post a new problem

Hi.

what you need to do is visit symantec.com and search for Norton Removal Tool.

this will uninstall all norton products form your computer, dont forget to save your product key since after using the NRT, your goint to install your product again.

Excellent solution.The solution was helpful. it worked for me like a gem and i remove Norton from my laptop Joseph.
