Malfunctioning I cant access any websites through Mozila Firefox. When i attend to try, a command box-like, box appears and shows " I dont hate Mozila Firefox but use IE or anythig else.." Is this because of any virus? Also i cant remove this software using control panel to reinstall Mozila Firefox. If i attend to do so the same text message appears in my screen. Plz suggest me something to get rid of this problem.

Re: malfunctioning

Suspect that to be a virus, delete all the temp files from c:\documents and settings/<username>/local settings/temp folder and c:\documents and settings/<username>/local settings/temporary internet files folders.
check out if you could find heap41a folder on c drive. Delete the folder and let us know, that should resolve this issue.

Re: malfunctioning

Go to

and download process explorer.
Start it, and use the 'target' icon (to the right of the binoculars)
and 'drag' the icon to the command-box like window.
Then process explorer will tell you which program or process is causing this window to appear.
Find this program or process in windows file explorer and delete it.
Also download autoruns, a program that shows ALL autostarting programs, much better than win 98's msconfig

For the last two days haven't been able to get onto youtube

Please do the following:

On the desktop:
-First, go to and download the version of Firefox they have to your computer (desktop)
-once the download is completed, uninstall Firefox by going to [Start], [Control Panel] then [Add/Remove Programs]
-scroll down the list of programs you have and uninstall Firefox.
-You also want to uninstall any "toolbar" programs on the list as well (google, yahoo, etc). These toolbars can also interfere
-After uninstalling Firefox and toolbar programs, look at your list of programs and make sure you only have 1 Anti-virus program installed (if you see 2 or more, please reply to us on how many you have installed).
-Now, restart your computer.... then log in.
-Install the new FireFox we downloaded to your desktop, by double-clicking on it
-Follow the on-screen prompts (as you may have done before when you first installed it).
-Now, after Firefox starts, try to go to Youtube.

Let us know how it went. :)

Cant login to computer because I forgot the admin password. i can sign in as guest with limited access.please help me

Boot your computer into Safe Mode. It sometimes varies, but the typical way on most WinXP

based machines is to strike the F8 key during P.O.S.T. Once the drivers load you need to

PROMPT. A new window will appear.

At command prompt, type "control userpasswords2" and press Enter to open the Windows 2000-style User Accounts application.

On the Users tab, clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To Use This Computer check box and then click OK.

In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user name and password for the account you want to be
logged on each time you start your computer.

This is also an opportunity to set a new Administrator password.

To solve your problem perform the steps given below:

goto Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall >
