all in one computer just got on ebay an item makes a loud beeping sound and the screen does not light up any answers?

Long beeping is cause by motherboard. Its mean that memory is not present.

try remove memory and fix it firmly again and start the computer.

if same problem occur then try to examine some other connection on the board.
