Re: Want to erase all personal data prior to recycling
You need to go to options, reset then hit master reset. It will then require you to enter your password, which will be 1234 or 0000 or 00000 if you havent changed it.

When you install Outlook 2010, it automatically converts the Personal Address Book that you used in an earlier version of Microsoft Outlook. Outlook 2010 then adds the converted data to your Outlook 2010 Contacts folder.
If Outlook 2010 does not automatically convert your Personal Address Book, you can import your Personal Address Book to Outlook 2010. To do this, follow these steps:
Start Outlook 2010.
Click the File menu.
Click Open, and then click Import. The Import and Export Wizard opens.
Click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
Click Personal Address Book, and then click Next.
Click Browse, locate the Personal Address Book that you want to import, and then click OK.
Note Earlier versions of Outlook assign a .pab file name extension to a Personal Address Book. By default, Outlook stores the Personal Address Book in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
If you have forgot your phone lock code and you want to unlock it....then all you have to do is to type this code at your normal dial screen: #7465625*2877#
(Note:This code will reset your phone to default settings and all your data that is stored on your phones memory will be erased,so store your important data on your memory card before you type this code.)
try to do factory setting default code is 1234 or 0000, or to hard reset try 2945#*# and select factory settings, but before try all this make backup to avoid loose your data of device. This will solve your problem.
There should be a option somewhere in the menu of the phone that will allow you to reset/delete all data on the phone. If there is not then sadly your going to have to go through and delete everything manually.
Click1. Settings2. Initial Setup3. Master Reset menu4. Master Clear It will wipe all information you have entered into the phone. "Master Clear" will wipe out your phone book, pictures and all the other files you have saved. If this helps, please rate.Thank you
You must have touched it accidentally. That feature is so you can select multiple contacts in your address book to send a text, video, or picture message to, or erase from your address book....so be careful! Side note....If you see a check mark next to the contact name in the "sent messages" folder, it means that person is also on Verizon, and the message you sent was received/delivered to their phone.
If you are using itunes for windows and have synced your contacts with Windows address books and your contact list is now filles with all of your contacts email addresses, here is a quick way to delete your address book at once.
create 2 empty text files on your desktop and rename them to
AddressBookimages.sqlitedb
and
AddressBook.sqlitedb
copy/overwrite these empty files into " /var/root/Library/AddressBook" folder, using "Ibrickr"
this will empty your contacts list, since all contacts are stored in those two files. * This wont take effect untill you restart your phone
sry, a master reset completely and permanetly erased all data, and i have not seen any device or sequence that can restore that info. Sry, and
