Are the info coming from PC connected to modem?
If you are connected to Router and pulled up that Data, you might just need a power cycle. Turn off everything from PC to router - to Modem and Power on everything starting off with the modem this time. After power cycle, check if getting the same data. If yes, then type "ping yahoo.com" if you have four replies then you must be able to go online, if not then disable firewall (norton, maccafee etc)
