Question about Apple iBook G4 (Z0AZW13397068) PC Notebook
A bootable cd means that you can stick it in your cd drive, and start your computer up from it. Like the "Apple Hardware Test" cd that came with your ibook.
You can stick it in, start your comp, hold down "c" key, and it will load up the cd so you can troubleshoot your computer.
you can use this if your computer is ever broken and won't start up..
hope that helps..

A bootable cd has the bootstrapping process that starts operating systems when the user turns on a computer system. A boot sequence is the set of operations the computer performs when it is switched on that loads an operating system.
A bootable cd will reload the settings you have at the time it's made so that you can fix an operating system that has been messed up.
