Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Your sansa should have come with software. if you run it, and install it you should have a Sansa Media Converter. if you open this it will then come up with a screen that will then tell you to drag items onto it. after you have all of your files on there you may click "convert" which will then upload it to your sansa. this also works with pictures.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

It my be that you have not installed the software that came with your Sandisk Mp3 .
Does your Mp3 player has an installation CD?If yes install the CD first and when you use your cable to connect to your system i think it will work.
But if you don't have the CD,meet a friend that has thesame Mp3 as yours,or better still download fom the net..
