Question about Competition Crystal COMP 10 - 10" Subwoofer - 500W RMS Car Speaker
I have a 1995 impala and im working off of a alpine head unit and I can't find any 6x9's that won't sound distorted when I turn it up what kind and how many wats should I use and who makes a good component set that will go along with the two
Dude, the other guy who answerd you first doesnt know s@$t. Infinity has a clean crisp 6X9. Take a pick in your price range, The solution is to put the 6x9 in this foam like casing that keeps the sound from distorting with your subs in the trunk.DO NOT start cutting holes and throwing insubs in yor rear window area, That is ghetto s@#it., Other 6x9 I recomens, Kickers, Mephis Audio and they will give you bore bass though, As far as componets keep them in your front doors and if you really want a good I idea, your backseat has a folding center arm rest. Perfecy size area for a sealed 4 way 6x9. But dont use it for bass, a nice mid sound and tweer.
