192.168.2.1 is the most generic Dynex router IP, and a blank password is the most generic standard Dynex format. If these are not the correct settings, you can find the IP by going to your wireless connection properties, and locating the "default gateway" IP, and using that in a web browser. If your username and password are not factory standard, then hard-resetting the router should restore the username and password. To hard reset, locate the reset button (typically a very small recessed button on the back) and using a paperclip or similar object press the button in, with the power to the device on, for about 10 seconds.
If these steps do not work for your specific router, a model will be necessary to obtain the proper username and password.
