The Magnavox DVD has Cb/Pb, Cr/Pr, Y, Video Out, Audio Out L and R, and Digtal Audio Out Coaxial. I connect to Video Out and Audio Out R. The Memorex TV has Video Out and In and Audio Out and In. I connect to Video In and Audio In. How do I switch between TV and DVD? Thank you.

I see that it does have RCA input (Yellow, white, red) on the reverse of the TV. Connect the DVD via RCA cable to the corresponding color connection, place the TV in "Vido" or "aux" mode. this is usually done on the remote from an "input" button, or it can also be called "game," "video," or "aux."
Upon putting it to this after connection of the DVD player, you should see the DVD players home screen. You should be set to enjoy the DVD player.
Look in the back or the front of ur tv have a (Video Audio holes In).Look in ur DVD player in the back or the front have a (video Audio holes Out).Used a component AV video cable hook both devices together.Find the Video Mode in ur tv 1 or 2,now play the DVD player with a dvd disc. Now u should be playing the content of the dvd disc.If u don't have a AV video cable, tries websites like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a set of AV video cable.
Connect yellow from DVD to TV. Connect white and red cables from DVD to TV. Yellow to yellow, white to white etc. Then select on the TV using the remote, the proper input (where the DVD is connected) Press PLAY on the DVD player.
Please check your connection between your TV and DVD player. Make sure , Video Out jack of DVD player goes to Video in of your TV, The same as the Audio jack. Then try opening your , set to VIDEO , and play .......bingo....!!!!!
We also don't have a remote. We hooked a DVD/VCR combo to the Samsung combo by attaching the cable from the cable line to the DVD player and an additional cable from DVD to TV and it used to work but after we lost the control, the DVD can only be listened to but not seen. The VHS from the DVD player works perfectly though.
When we had the remote (before connecting the other combo) we used line-in to see a DVD or VHS using the yellow red and white cables from the Samsung to the other player.
