Trying to connect a Lexmark Z515 printer to my lap top

There are Lexmark Z515 printer drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. I recommend not to plug the printer to your computer yet. First, check if your Vista is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties. For the software, go to this link: http://bit.ly/cBVnVG (for 32-bit) or to this link: http://bit.ly/cxWUMS (for 64-bit). Download and install the software. Follow the instructions. Hope this helps. Please go to the link directly to Lexmark's website where you can download the driver for free.

Lex Z515 driver

If your computer has windows vista, choose the file that says for windows vista. If it is windows Xp then choose the one for Windows XP.

A Page will appear, there will be a dialog on the Page Click "Downloads" and Drivers for XP and Vista will appear.
Download your desired driver.

And select your printer model and OS model. If it doesn't have 10.5.6 specifically listed, select the newest driver and try that. It should be compatible.

1. If you go to the following link and search for "z515"http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:0:0:0
   (Note: don't click the "search" button; type "z515" and wait for your printer to appear in the drop-down list, then click on that.)
2. On the following page, select Windows Vista from the drop-down list
3. You'll be directed to a page with a download link for your driver
   

Please click on this link and choose lexmark ,once lexmark webpage opens then click on drivers and download ,then type Z515 and then choose Lexmark Z515 after that choose the OS and then download the drivers ....................

What is your operating system? Assuming that you are using Windows XP you can try the link

This should start up a download of about 4.88Mb. The executable will find and install the best Lexmark Z515 Driver for Windows 2000 and XP.
