Thats actually a tougher repair - you need to open the phone near the swivel and MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TEAR THE FLEX CABLE!
Once that's removed, unclip the flex, dismantel the brace, then replace old lcd with new one, reconnect flex, and when closing the phone BE CAREFUL of the flex near the swivel.

the thing is that the display pannel of ur phone have been damaged , get it replaced from nokia care centre , this might cost u from 1000 - 1500 rupees...
