HELLO THESE AMPS ARE FAMOUS FOR DRAWING ALOT OF CURRENT AND IF YOU PLAY THE AMP WHILE THE VOLTAGE DROPS FOR TOO LONG YOU CAN FRY THE AMP BUT AS FAR AS THE SECOND AMP NOT WORKING AS WELL YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE RCA'S OR THE OUTPUT ON YOUR HEAD UNIT WENT BAD OR YOU HAVE A BAD GROUND CHECK ALL FUSES THEN CHECK THE GROUND WIRE TO MAKE SURE ALL PAINT HAS BEEN SCRATCHED OFF AND THAT IT IS CONTACTING BARE METAL THE ONLY OTHER OPTION IS FIND A FRIEND THAT HAS THEIR WIRES RAN AND HOOK UP YOUR AMP ON THEIR SUB IF IT WORKS THEN TRY IT WITH YOUR SUB IF IT GOES INTO PROTECT THEN YOU MAY HAVE A BLOWN SUB CAUSING THE SHORT HOPE THIS HELPS THERE ARE ALOT OF OPTIONS START WITH THE WITH GROUND AND GO FROM THERE
the best thing to do is get in touch with amazon, and see what they can do about it,if you try to fix the problem yourself it will invalidate the garantee!
system not configurate properly go to a pro and let them do for you you have good equipment just need to put together rite.for wht you have you can get better sound than that,,good luck
I Had the Same Problem I just unplugged my amplifier changed the fuse, also i had a fuse in the battery cable and changed that, unconnected the RCA wires and plugged them back in and then put new fuses in and plugged everything back into the amplifier and it worked again. If that doesnt work get back to me i will try to help you.
hi, your amp seems to be getting power but the cables might be wrong so it's not getting enough power. the light on the amp should be green if everything is going well.
are you sure the cables are suitable for your amp?
