Unplug to the wall outlet for an our to reset all setting of the TV and switch back soon to test.

If not solve the problems, Maybe you should call service center of your TV or the store where you buy that TV because the store technician know already of there procuct will be blinking soon. this only can be fixed by there own technician. If the your TV has a warranty then theres no cost on that.

Lamp lifetime is not 100% predictable. A lamp may fail without notice, although this is not usually the case. The picture is more likely to become noticeably dimmer as the lamp nears the end of its lifetime.

While there is nothing wrong with using a lamp until it fails, some customers may want to purchase a new lamp and replace the existing one when they notice that it is aging.

If the lamp fails in a Mitsubishi MicroDisplay TV, there will be no picture on the screen and a red front panel LED indicator will illuminate.

SOURCE: green light blinking, tv won't turn on

Hey guys/gals, I was having the exact same problem with my 55" mitsubishi...then I came across this thread..
and now I am watching my TV again!!
Just four bad capacitors were the problem. It's fairly common and the capacitors cost me about $3.

My mitsubishi tv W55613 won't turn on. green light keeps blinking even after resetting

Hit the front of the tv near the blinking light... give it a good rap or two. See if this helps. Helped mine. I had the same problem and the tech who came out to the house told me that it would work and it did! I could hardly believe it but it worked.

I have a Mitsubishi WD-62525 HDTV that suddenly wont turn on. Just has a green blinking light when you hit the power button. Any ideas?

I found this on another website, most likely it is your power supply capacitors.
  1. Press the "reset" button and hold for 10 seconds .... Does TV turn on and blinking green light turn to solid green.

  2. Unplug the TV from it's power source for various times, ranging between 5 minutes and 24 hours..... Does blinking green light continue upon plugging in the TV.

  3. Disconnect ALL devices from the TV; DVD, Tuner, Cable Box, unplug the TV for various duration times .... Does blinking green light continues upon plugging in the TV.

  4. Press Power and Menu buttons simultaneously and hold depressed for 20 seconds .... Does blinking green light continue to flash.

  5. Press Power and Display buttons simultaneously and hold depressed for 20 seconds .... Does blinking green light continue to flash.

  6. Insure that no front panel buttons are inadvertently stuck in an "engaged" position.

Diagnosis: If none of the above test resolve the issue, then the failure lies in one of the following:

  1. DM Module Capacitors have FAILED.
  2. DM Module is defective.
  3. EEPROM Board failure
  4. Power Supply failure.

Timer light keeps blinking

you probably had a power bump, unplug tv for 1 hour turn back on and hit the reset button, if the green light quits blinking your good to go. If not you might have capacitors gone bad not cool.

Blinking green timer light on front nearpower button keeps blinking, tv will not turn on, unplugged for 24 hours and tried again, also hit system reset and still nothing.

Thats a common problem when the caps on the DM need replacement. They will function fine untill power is interupted then the set will not complete the boot sequence when power is reapplied and the led will just continue to blink. Hers a link to the kit that will usually repair that issue the kit comes with instructions.
