Question about Freecom (24358) 160 GB Network Hard Drive
I have 122 GB free memory on my FREECOM external hard drive. However, when I try to copy a movie of only 4.22 GB a message appears: The file is too large for the destination file system. Interestingly it does allow me to transfer movies of 699 MB without any problems. I have tried restarting the laptop; check the volume for errors and defragmenting, none of which worked.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
