How to unlock my Konka K2001UM TV

Hi all,
my Konka K2001UM TV worked well yesterday and my husband unplugged it to move to another place and plugged it back in. This tv has perfect picture and sound however, now will no-longer change channels it just remains on one. None of the buttons work anymore the remote does not work anymore. When plugged in the tv comes on, but can only be shut off by unplugging it. What could have happened? Can anyone lead me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.

Check the tv's manual to see if there is anything about a "Child" or "Button Lock" feature.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Help K2001UM TV

I'ts possible that by accident someone activated the parental lockout. Your best bet is to locate your instruction manual and find the default code. Also problems(usually with software) can cause the the tv to do unusual things. Leave the set unplugged for at least 24 hours, the see if there is a response with the buttons on the tv. You may be able to reset the set to factory defaults. Scrivitron
