Question about Dell 924 All-in-One InkJet Printer
My Dell All-in-One Ink Jet printer has a "phantom" paper jam. It blinks at me and tells me to clear the jam (which there is none) and then press >. When I do this nothing happens. It still registers a jam. Another "wiz" said to unplug it from the wall and then press # & 9 when you replug it in to reset it but there are no #, &. or 9 buttons on my printer. What do I do?!? Am I just missing something?
I had the same problem and it was really getting annoying. I opened it up and took out the ink cartridges and put them back in then I turned the thing off for about 10 minutes. Mainly so I wouldn't smash it out of anger. When I turned it back on I printed a test page and all was well. I don't know if this will work for you, it seems pretty random but you just never know. Good luck!
