I have a little tikes patrol police car. i have followed all the instructions but the front wheels fall off when the front end is lifted. How do i lick those in place?

Have you tried flipping the wheel? wheels comes in pairs, fronts and backs, so maybe you've switch it up?

Once you click on this choose the product. It will tell you which parts are available and for how much. If there's nothing listed, then they don't have a replacement part available and you'll have to do something else to fix it.

If it is a real wheel and not just a sticker decal. There should be a little tikes logo right in the middle of the wheel. The only way to get that off is to break that off. I found that if you take a flat head screwdriver you can break just one side off and then turn it around so the whole thing doesn't break off. That way you can get to the screw that is under the logo. When the bed was first put together it was made to stay together. I had the same problem and was on with little tykes and they said the only way to get it off was to break off the logo. Just break the one side though and turn it out of the way so the whole thing doesn't completely break off.

Yes, you need a new axle nut that goes on the end of the axle. You can find them at your home improvement store for about .50.  Remove the old one and hammer the new one on when you get the axle on.  Good luck!
