Help!
First, unplug the power cord from the back of the router then plug it back it, check the lights. If wireless light stays off, log into the device and check the wireless settings to make sure that wireless services have not been disabled. You will need to know the default username and password used to log into the device, so if you have the manual, it would be helpful. If you do not have the manual, reply to me with the make and model of the wireless device and I will search for the default login id.
If wireless has not been disabled, and resetting the device does not work, then you will probably need to replace the device. Make sure it is not under warranty first. If it is still under warranty, let the manufacturer replace for free.
