Question about SanDisk Sansa m250 MP3 Player
I plugged it into my puter with the cord that came with it, does not charge that way. it did charge when plugged into my son's stereo--once, but now is completely dead----how do I fix it? what do I do?
I was having the same problem with my Sansa e250. My wife has the e200, and we didn't have any problems with that. I saw that someone on here suggested to lock the mp3 player with the tiny metal switch on top, so I did, and the battery charging icon on the bottom of the screen came on and stayed on, and the mp3 player worked. thanks!
Because of this I would suggest checking to see if it's locked or unlocked and then change it to charge it.

You MAY have a power glich. In which case, hold the power/menu botton down for 20 seconds or more, then connect it to the computer. It's best if you use a USB input that's NOT part of a Multi-USB base, as those DO cause power gliches.
