Chances are that your camera is not set at the right picture size. To change it to the right setting, do the following:
-camera
-take a photo
-options
-camera settings
-photo settings
-change the size to 1024 x 768
When you set your new photos to be your wallpaper, they should take up the whole screen. Hope this works!
