Question about Toshiba Satellite A45-S151 Notebook
I have a Toshiba Satellite A45-S151 laptop. The battery and the charger are both good. when I press the power button, nothing happens. Both the green light on the front of the machine lights when I plug in the charger, and the light showing battery state turns fron amber to green. What could it be?
try measure your adapter voltage with AVO meter it's about 15-17 volt, if that ready. removing the battery ang plugin the power adapter without battery. and you can push combination key Fn + F5
if the solution can fix it
maybe you try to call the technician to fix your hard ware.

Try removing the battery and reinsertit.
Or perhaps the on/off button is damaged .... (any shocks recently ?! ) Or there could be a more serious hardware issue...go on toshiba site maybe u'll find some info there ....
