can you do it with your recharger being plugged into your phone? did anything happened before with your phones too? (spilled some water or something). when did you buy your phones and when did these problems occur?

I am having the same problem with my phone. after using a tester it seems that the board itself is faulty. i have tried a new battery, charger and still no luck... current seems to not be flowing to certain transitors. Fuck you motorola

I need to download user manual for Motorola Razr v3x Mobile Cell Phone

There are two user manuals for your phone. One is the operations manual:
(v3xx Should work fine for your v3x) http://www.motorola.com/staticfiles/Support/Mobile%20Phones/RAZR%20V3xx/_Documents/Static%20Files/RAZR_V3xx_at&t_UG.pdf

The second is the download for the Level 1 and 2 Technical manual (Repairs) http://www.7900novadrive.com/V3/file/v3x.pdf

Phone is locked up noe of the keys work

remove the battery and let the phone sit for a few minutes and put the battery back in.
make sure your battery is charged and working to potential.
if nothing helps, buy a new battery and see if that works.
often the battery is the cause of mobile phone problems.

Motorolav3 help the screen stays black while the key pad turns on

Sounds like a glitch in the software I have seen this before. You can take it to your carrier's store and ask them to re-flash the firmware that should fix it.
