Incorrect color of photos

I found out that Windows Vista (this is what came with my HP laptop) is not compatible with my printer. So, I went to the Canon website and downloaded a driver, and my photos are very clear and of normal color:)
Thanks for checking and your response time was pretty quick.

Z65p printer driver for vista

I looked on Lexmark's site and it appears they do not have Vista support for your printer. You might want to contact them about it. I see they have a Live Chat on their technical support page, if you get there when they are open.

Hope that helps...

Faces too pink in my ip6700D

Solution: Manually adjust color from the driver (Windows)

Manual Color Adjustment Follow the steps below to make fine adjustments to the color hue for the printed output. These settings will only make minor color adjustments. If more drastic color adjustment is necessary, use an image editing application.
  1. On the Windows desktop, click 'Start', point to 'Settings', then click 'Printers' (Windows XP: On the Start menu, click 'Printers and Faxes', Windows Vista Click / Select Start from the bottom left of the Windows screen, 'Control Panel', 'Hardware and Sound', and then click on 'Printers'.).

Note: If you are in 'Classic' view, Click 'Printers' directly from the 'Control Panel'.

  2. Windows 2000/XP/Vista: Right-click the printer icon, then click 'Printing Preferences'. Windows 98/Me: Right-click the printer icon, then click 'Properties'.

  3. On the Main tab, select 'Manual' for 'Color Adjustment.'

  4. On the Manual Color Adjustment screen, adjust each color individually to achieve the desired effect.
