Question about Hotpoint Aquarius WD63 Front Load Washer/Dryer
Most likely there is something jamming the pump look on the back and you might see an access panel remove it and you will see a large hose coming down from the tub.Now the washer will still be full of water. There are three ways to deal with this the best way is to get a shop vac.remove the drain hose from the stand pipe and vac the water out,the second is to get a pair of radiator hose clamps from the auto parts store and clamp the large hose as close to the tub as possible ,the third is you can get a bucket remove the drain hose from the stand pipe and getting as close to the floor as possible let the water drain in the bucket .after that put some towels around the pump.Remove the clamp and slide the large Rubber boot off the pump look in the pump for foreign objects jamming the impeller blades and for broken blades if broken replace the pump.feel in the boot for same as pump .Then reassemble if nothing found then go check drain hose.
