there is pick up screen in the tank or sometimes called a sock . steel or plastic mesh remove it..

Ur tv have convergence problems,now the 2 STK convergence ICS are completely dead,U lucky u tell it was 3D screen,before it go completely dead,went black screen.Or ur problems it will very hard to diagnose.U now how to do soldering?Must replaced 2 STK convergence ICS,some or all it resistors.Tries Websites Tv repair World.com,Tvrepairkits.com to buy a convergence kit to repair it ur self.The shop will cost u $300-350 for parts and labors.

Unplug TV from the power outlet and let it sit for a few minutes, then plug it back. It sould work normally after that.

if you look at each plug it should have 2 letters printed on it in black. the proper plugs on the circuit boards have matching letters. this should help you out at least a bit
