Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a weird problem with our Canon iR3300. A specific user is trying to send a document to the Bypass Tray but each time she send her documents to the printer, it sends the job to the Legal tray (it is a legal document, but she was asking to print on the Bypass Tray...).
I tried to reinstall the drivers, but it doesn't solve the problem. When I log on her laptop with my own profil (we are using roaming profiles), I can use the bypass tray with no problem, but when I try with her profil, nothing works (even on another computer). I compared her printer configuration with mine and everything is the same.
I'm pretty sure that if I delete her roaming profil and create a new one, it will solve the problem but it takes time to do that and I can't afford that time right now.
I'm open to any kinf of ideas on that matter.
The user profile has gone corrupt. it needs to be deleteed. if you cannot do that you can create a new user profile as administartor and acess documents in her profile and print it from the new profile
