Question about Sanyo Katana SCP-6600 Cellular Phone
Son operated phone with wet fingers. Power On button will power on phone. NO keys work. Power button will not power down phone. Any advice? Considering opening up and using alcohol to displace moisture. One week since water damage occured.
I have the same problem. My son wet my phone with the hose. I can turn it on, but then no buttons work... can not even power down with the end button (only on). I tried the blowdryer, but not sure where to direct the air. Any suggestions? Has this worked for anyone else?

PULL BATTERY SET OVER HEAT VENT FOR A COUPLE DAYS OR USE A BLOW DRYER.NEVER USE ALCOHOL,IT WILL DAMAGE DIFFERENT TYPES OF COATINGS.FIND A SAFE SOLVENT.I USE MISTY ELECTRONICS CLEANER.DO NOT KEEP POWER CYCLING PHONE UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED.BE VERY CAREFUL TAKING APART.
