Try to format it in windows first, then put it into the phone and view information - reformat.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

My usb is in raw file system and the capacity is zero while it is 4 gega I cant make any thing to this usb

Hello !
A "raw file system" is when the storage space has not been formatted to any standards (fat32/ntfs).
You need to right click your URB, and choose "FORMAT". I use FAT32 for my USBs. Then just let it format (if it's a new USB don't choose "quick format").
Hope that helps !
All the best.

I cant install some downloads on my computer because i cant open them. Is there another way?

It all depends on the data formation on which your information are downloaded. If it is PDF, data, try to download pdf, software in your PC before you can open your documents. The same thing goes with other type of format.

I bought a new mico sd card for my nokia 6233 bu it keeps sayin memory card not formatted hw cani format it

There Are two ways to format sd card
1) by Phone : Go to Memory card option
Gallery - memory card - option - format
& ur card will be formatted

2) By pc : connect ur phone to pc or sd card reader & right click on removable disk which is your sd card's slot & select format option.
Then it will ask for custom & quick format, select one from them & ur card will be formatted

Thanks & regards

You can format the device thru My Computer.

My Computer>Device Name (e250)>Right Click and select FORMAT.

If you cant format this way, change the MODE on the device nad try these steps again.

Best of Luck.
