Foil sticking to bottom of self cleaning oven

My friend does not have a computer so I am trying to help her. She has a GE Profile self cleaning oven and on Thanksgiving she made sweet potatoes and put some foil loosely on the bottom of oven. Nothing ran over on the foil but when she tried to remove it she couldn't get it all out. What can she do to remove the remainder. Do you have a # that she can call you so you can speak to her?

Thanks for your anticipated help in this matter.

Have here spray the bottom with oven cleaner and let it soak for one hour then scrape off with a spatula.

Don't use self clean. Get some easy off oven cleaner. Self clean gets too hot and ruins expensive delicate electronics.

Usually you would remove the racks and clean the food remaining on them and also the bottom of the oven before turning the self cleaning on.

I did that, too. Self cleaning won't help. You need to replace the bottom pan. Around $20 I think.
