The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I have an insignia NS-39E480A13 TV. I have great picture but no sound. Although I can get sound from an external source. What board will I need to replace to fix this issue?

I don't have service literature for Insignia so I can only help is kind of limited, see if there is a separate rail for the sound section of the TV, some have it most don't, if there is measure that voltage and see if its correct, generally they are 12 or 13 volts..if not correct replace the main board if correct then its the main board...Below is a link for a main board as I think that is where the issue is at, its not cheap.

I have had my Bose Cinemate for a few years, and had it hooked up to a Sony Wega tv with no issues. I just purchased an Insignia tv, trying to upgrade the size of my tv. The problem is, I cannot see that...

The TV probably has a lot of video 'inputs' but very few 'outputs' (outlets??). It's main output is to light the room with moving pictures.

So the unidentified Insignia TV may be a Monitor (no speakers). TV's and Monitors only NEED sources of video. Hi-fi sound systems can (and should) handle all audio duties as that is their specialty.

WHY would anyone NEED audio FROM a TV if the programming for it originates elsewhere like a Cable Box/DVD/SAT which probably has a digital sound output (much better than some old red/white analog stereo-only audio)?

USB speakers not working with Windows 7

In case anyone else has same problems go to the sound drop down from control panel. Make the usb speaker the default device and click the properties button. Under 'enhancements' make sure the 'disable enhancements' button is checked then click okay. Speaker should work.

I need to downloader my speaker again

Ha,
Its really funny if anybody has told that the speakers have virus. All you have to do is get a antivirus into your PC and then reinstall the audio driver thats it.

My two side USB ports on Insignia d300a have stopped working. Nothing.

Un-install the driver for any USB ports in divice manager under the system tab in controll panel. Restart your system and windows will auto install the drivers.

Hope this works,

NS-BTHDST NOT WORKING WITH MY LAPTOP ANYMORE

If you are indeed talking about your Insignia bluetooth headset the reason it works with your cellphone is probably because your phone is already bluetooth enabled, but your laptop is not, which is what the usb dongle is for. You must install the drivers for the dongle for it to make your laptop bluetooth enabled. Once you have that working you need to go to Bluetooth places (should be on the desktop once the driver is installed) THEN hold the button on the headset down until the lights flash blue and red alternating. Once it is flashing, click on add new bluetooth device in the Bluetooth Places and it should pick it up. Once that is going everything is pretty straighforward...follow the wizard. Hope this helps!

Lost Disc

I bought this headset from Best Buy and it came with a usb dongle.  I also lost the disc.  Insignia's website is useless, and the Broadcomm update website is down at the time of this writing.  After hours upon hours of scouring, I found a working driver, which works perfectly.  This works on Windows XP, but I can't verify that it will work for Vista.    I hope this helps you.

I will never buy Insignia products again because of their lack of driver support.
