Re: Error Number 07,010.43:7106
That code has 4 primary reasons for occuring.
First off, the code is related to the print head not moving freely from a park position to a print position.
Causes mostly arise from the printer not sittilg level front to back and side to side.
In order are what mot frequently cause this code.
1. If you remove the covers, there is a stainless steel print head block on the lower left side of the machine looking from the front. It is just about mid machine and about 1 inch square. The ink can leak down into that block causing it to be extremennly sticky and not allow for free movement of the print head.
2.If you lost power or unpluged the machine with out cycling it down properly, the print head, wiper can be tacked to the print head, not allowing movement.
3. One of the cables attached to the back of the print head may be to tight not allowing the print head to move.
4. The process motor timing may be off, although this is listed as a cause, I have never witnessed it causing the problem.
The print head isself may be bad, I have seen that once, but that was kind of a freaky sitution and that would be in my opinion the least likely cause.

19,003.48: Scale and offset error is too large. The voltages measured have more than a 20% error from their expected values. Something is wrong with the Electronics Module or the Wave Amplifier.
To prevent these discharges, a Grounding Clip (P/N 650442700) was added between the Y-Axis Motor mount and the Pick Clutch. Check that this clip is installed and contacts the metallic portion of the Pick Clutch.
The Grounding Clip is factory installed in later versions of 8500/8550
models and in all 8560 models.
The fuser door is at the back of the machine. Open the door, pull down and close firmly shut. If the error persists it could be that the sensor has gone bad. The sensor is actually hard wired to the High Voltage Power Supply that sits right above the paper tray underneath the machine. It would need to be replaced if closing door doesn't fix the error, the part number is 105N02120,a link to picture of the part is 105N02120 Xerox 3300MFP HVPS Item Inc
The error code refers to a Hardware "Pest" Fault (RAP Group:Power, Head Thermistors Name:Power, Head Thermistors). You should contact Xerox Support by phoning them directly. You'll find the numbers relevant for your Country here >> http://www.xerox.com/about-xerox/contact-us/enus.html
19.003:48 is the error code 33702 is the number of pages the unit has printed. the error indicates a power difference of +- 20% when trying to drive the printhead. The issue is the Electronics Module (System logic and power) or the Wave Amplifier (Printhead Controller). Both of the parts are fairly easy to replace. If it is the wave amp it is a somewhat affordable part.if it is the EM you should replace the printer. It isn't worth the fix.
The printer has encountered an error state without the benefit of a
code. Turn the printer off for 30 seconds, then power back on.
If the Printer Error message returns, press the i button on the
printer's front panel. The actual error or fault number should be
displayed. Note the error or message and search the knowledge base for
Based on the problem description provided, we have determined that your printer needs service.
Please turn your printer off and use one of the methods below to make arrangements for service:
There isn't much you can do, except perhaps buy at least one new board. But those are expensive In this case, a better solution is to call Xerox. This correction must be done by an Authorized Xerox technician, with their proprietary laptop called a PWS.
They will run the procedure called GP-10 Replacing Billing PWBs.
This error is a Printhead error, but in this case is usually more probable to be caused by the Electronics Module.
The Printhead part number is 650-4354-00 The Electronics Module is 119-6427-03
I suspect the actual error code was 19,003.48
