Question about Sony Grand WEGA KDP-65WS550 65" Rear Projection HDTV
A few months ago I started noticing that my picture would fade out completly to a blank screen for about fifteen to twenty seconds every once in a while..I thought at that time that it was probably the cable service.Last night it started doing it over and over again every twenty seconds or so. I checked to make sure all the wiring was secure.I also checked every other video input one through six and the same thing happened on each one of them, including the dvd input I ran a cd and the same thing happened. The tv green light does stay on and the cable box channel number stays the same with no error code,as it does when we have an interruption in cable service.
Do you loose the screen completely to a black screen, or does the video just drop out to blue screen or snow?Do you still have audio?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
