DEP/WMI problem

WMI is a part of Windows that allows other remote computers to control your own. This means that someone has infected your pc with a rootkit that has taken partial control of it. Good rootkits are virtually undetectable and practically impossible to remove. Recover all your files and do a full reinstall - when , during install, you will be asked what type of format do you want select full , not quick.

DEP...

You do not mention your OS but much 32-bit software will not run on a 64-bit processor. You must get 64-bit version. Some times having a dual booted system with a 32-bit OS will allow sporadic use of a peripheral. Sometimes just the presence of 64-bit processor will phreek out the software and cause partial execution and the kind of message you are seeing. I have exactly the same problem and there are some things i can work around and some not.

Hi. I'm Azrul from Malaysia. Your windows installation might be corrupted and the system files might have been modified by a virus. Here is a possible solution for you:

Insert your Windows XP Setup disk in the CD rom drive. Set your boot priority to the cd rom. Wait for the option to repair your Windows XP installation. Do not format or reinstall. Just repair.
