Question about Proview PL 566s 15" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
When i switch it on the green light comes on and it start showing vetical lines and no picture of any kind. any ideas.

Vertical lines means bad video chip which is too costly to be worth making the repair. However, the second problem of no picture at all with a flickering power light means no high voltage going to CCFL cold cathode fluorescent lights that backlight the screen. This is a easy problem to solve. It is usually just bad capacitors on the high voltage power supply circuit board. Capacitors only cost about 50 cents each and are easy to de-solder and resolder.
