Question about Televison & Video
If you have checked the obvious (replace power cable with a known working one, for instance) then the SMPS unit has failed. Any number of things could have gone wrong in this power unit. A meaningful solution will depend on the exact make and model of the TV. I'd suggest that you take it down to your nearest shop or post here the make/model, if you know a thing or two about repair. That way I can send you technical information based on your data.
